Naomi and I live and work in the Washington, DC area. Naomi is a scientist with The Institute for Genomic Research and I work as Creative Director for the Jane Goodall Institute. Footprints is our online scrapbook and "interest site". We run Footprints as a hobby, and resource for my photography and our interest in travel, hiking, conservation and other various undertakings. We hope that Footprints might help to raise awareness and appreciation of the natural world, and the threats that it faces everyday in some little way. Footprints lets us share some of the places we have been lucky enough to visit. Hopefully Footprints will encourage others to visit, share and maybe help save, some of the amazing places the world still has to offer.
