In the November of 2003 Naomi and I visited New Mexico to spend Thanksgiving with the Weaver family (my sister inlaws family) in Albuquerque. We took advantage of the fact that we were headed out to that part of the world, and rented a car and visited some really wonderful places.

Our original intention was to camp our way around New Mexico - But the weather was very cold and we didn't come quite as prepared as we could have! So we spent some very cold nights in our tent and some cozy nights in hotels as we drove from one end of the state to the other, seeing just some of the places and trying some of the incredible food that this amazing place has to offer.
